Shipping + Returns
Shipment will be dispatched after successful payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Bank Transfer and TWINT.
We usually ship twice a week but may need up to a week if ordered products are made to order. Please allow plenty of time to place your order so you may receive it when needed. Contact us if you need the order by a specific date.
Flat rate of 10 CHF within Switzerland. Free shipping for orders over 250 CHF.

Shipping takes place at receiver’s risk and La Flora Sagrada is not to be held responsible for any delays or damages during shipment.
We are happy to offer store credit for unworn and unused clothing and home accessories. We do not issue refunds and we do not cover the shipping cost of returns.
Orders can be returned within 14 days (date of post stamp) in original packaging and without any traces of usage. The customer is responsible for appropriate packaging of the returned goods and pays the postal fees of the return.
We do not accept returns of beauty and wellness products, intimates, swimwear or vintage items. All items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
If you would like to return an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the exchange or store credit.
Please note that we do not accept returned items that show traces of usage, if products are sent back without the original packaging or if the packaging and/or label of the goods are damaged.
For goods that get lost during return shipment we cannot offer store credit. We highly advise to use a tracking number when returning goods.
