Copper is known to be oligodynamic in nature (the sterilizing effect of certain metals on bacteria) and is able to effectively sterilize itself over time. Copper acts as an effective anti-oxidant, improves immunity, supports good health and eliminates toxins.
According to Ayurveda drinking copper-enriched water, in the morning on an empty stomach, helps balance all three Doshas.
Use: rinse it thoroughly using a natural acidic solution such as lemon and water. Fill the copper bottle overnight and drink the water in the morning and during the following day.
To clean the inside: squeeze half a lemon directly into the bottle, add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 cup of water. Shake well and pour out.
To clean the outside: wipe with natural lemon juice.
